VQS completes a ¼ million inspection events and 75,000 vehicle movements every year. VQS run a nationwide network of field inspectors and site-based teams at many of the leading refurbishment and storage centres dotted around the UK. Our inspectors carry out end of lease Inspections, audits, and manage end of lease functions for some of the biggest manufacturers nationwide.
We have a varied age range of experienced Bodyshop trained and time spent vehicle inspectors upholding the highest standards across the industry.
About the role
VQS inspectors are highly respected individuals in the motor industry. Field inspectors cover every UK postcode. With a wide mix of clients, inspectors learn the different inspection standards that need to be applied. The technology deployed is class leading and our own proprietary system which records multiple images, contains dropdown checklists, damage location, damage type, repair method and costs are imported into the final report.
Rapport with customers is important as inspectors call customers ahead of arrival and gather signatures at the end of each inspection.
Accuracy and consistency is key.
Inspectors will require:
- Car and LCV Vehicle inspection background (preferably Bodyshop trained)
- A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
- A clean and presentable image with uniform and PPE supplied
- A full clean driving license
Additional information
A willingness to drive considerable distances and work on their own initiative.
Be flexible regarding working hours to suit the business needs.
